Die Young were supposed to play here tonight, but were arrested at their show in Vancouver last night. Rumor has it they lied to the border guards when they made their crossing into Canada and said that they were only playing one show, rather than the weeks worth that they were playing.

Went and saw Mindset, the other night at Camas. It felt good to go to a hardcore show for the first time in a while. The turnout was pretty poor, but Mindset were really good and Camas is a pretty rad venue. The show increased my desire to start playing shows again, Its been too long.

There are a couple of new local hardcore bands popping up, which is pretty sweet to see:
Drop Off (Youth Crew with an emphasis on the youth, I think some of them are still in highschool?)
and Street Sharks who are more along the lines of Infest etc.
